Wax melt sample set (Copy)

A little sample set to whet your appetite, containing 1 bar each (approx 25g per bar) of the fragrances below. Indicidually wrapped in recyclable paper, these little cuties make great presents. Typically, half a bar will scent a good size room and beyond for around 10 hours, meaning that the set offers up to 100 hours of fragrance. 

Wild Mint - as fresh and gorgeous as the candle; a Ljus fave since day 1.

Breathe - a room filler with peppermint and eucalyptus; refreshing and excellent at sending lingering cooking smells packing.

Line Dried - a lovely fresh cotton, like crisp white sheets fresh off the line.

Fresh - a classy cologne that smells like a chic Italian, citrus and herbal. 

Sunshine - warm and tropical with vanilla and tiare flower, this has been admired by every visitor to the house.

Suitable for use in either a tealight or electric wax melter. 

General Safety Guidelines

Tea Light Wax Melt Burners

1. Use the Correct Tea Light: Use only the recommended size and type of tea light candle as specified by the manufacturer.
2. Check the Burner: Ensure the burner is clean and dry before placing the wax melts in the dish.
3. Monitor the Flame: Always supervise the burner while the tea light is lit. Never leave it unattended.
4. Keep Away from Drafts: Avoid placing the burner near open windows or vents that could blow out the flame.
5. Avoid Overheating: If the wax starts to smoke or burn, extinguish the tea light immediately and allow it to cool before handling.
6. Extinguish Properly: Use a candle snuffer to extinguish the tea light rather than blowing it out, to avoid wax splatter.
7. Replace Candle Safely: Wait for the burner to cool completely before replacing the tea light candle.

Electric Wax Melt Burners

1. Check the Cord: Inspect the electrical cord for any damage before use. Do not use if frayed or damaged.
2. Plug into a Safe Outlet: Use a properly grounded outlet, and avoid using extension cords.
3. Use as Directed: Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for temperature settings and operation.
4. Monitor Usage: Even though electric burners are generally safer, it’s still a good idea to keep an eye on them while in use.
5. Keep Clean: Regularly clean the melting dish to prevent buildup and ensure optimal melting.
6. Turn Off When Not in Use: Always turn off the electric burner when you leave the room or when you’re done using it.
7. Allow to Cool: Let the burner cool completely before attempting to clean or handle it.

Wax Melts Handling

1. Use the Right Amount: Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for how many wax melts to use per session.
2. Store Safely: Keep wax melts out of reach of children and pets, and store them in a cool, dry place.
3. Disposal of Used Wax: Allow wax to cool and harden before removing it from the burner. Dispose of used wax responsibly.
